    Welcome to the
    Greater Brighton Area
    Chamber of Commerce

  • Word of mouth networking has been proven to be the most effective way to promote and build your business.  People will refer people they know, to people they know… Chamber Referral Groups are the best way to get yourself known to fellow chamber members.  By meeting each other regularly, your fellow members come to know you as a person, know your skills, and most importantly, trust that you will do a good job for people they refer to you.  It can be the most economical element of your business marketing strategy.  For a one-time fee of $25, you get a team of “marketing reps” selling your goods and services to their friends and associates who have a need that you can fulfill. You don't even have to pay them salaries and benefits!

The Chamber has established six Referral Network Groups to accommodate our members at different times during the day.  Participants are requested to bring business cards, marketing materials, “asks” and referrals. Only one individual per business category is allowed in each group.

“I joined the Brighton chamber because of the opportunity to work with this referral group. That is how strongly I believe in referral marketing.”
