How to Understand Customer Patterns Using WiFi Analytics.  Jason Hill with ConsultX will be demonstrating what WiFi analytics are, different use cases and how you can use the information to influence business decisions.  Methods will be shown to gain insight into what busy times are, who are first time customers, who are returning customers, time spent in your venue, etc.  This is session will be geared for businesses who are restaurants, coffee shops, store fronts, places with waiting rooms, churches, event venues or other places where customers with mobile devices are enjoying your venue.
