TABLE SPONSORSHIP ONLY for Livingston County Goes Red for Women!
Creatively promote your business to at least 150+ women all the while contributing to Women's Heart Health Awareness. This is a fun opportunity to “decorate” a table with your business being the theme! Get creative, get fun and share the excitement of what you do through this Sponsorship. This is one of our largest events of the year! We have only 25 spots available for this sponsorship, so register asap to reserve your opportunity. Thank you so much for considering commitment to Table Sponsorship for the Brighton Goes Red Event at Crystal Gardens on Feb 16th!
- The Table Sponsorship is $100.00 and the payment is due by Feb 5th to hold your spot! - Each Table Sponsorship includes 1 ticket to the event! Please note: If you register for a Table Sponsorship you DO NOT need to register for the event as well, we will make sure you are on the rsvp list.
- For the decorations we are encouraging “The more creative.....the BETTER”! To keep some continuity in the room, all the tables will have black tablecloths with red napkins. All Sponsors are encouraged to decorate their table however you see fit, keeping in mind the height of centerpieces- so people can see. We may have up to 10 place settings at your table, so please allow for enough materials. The closer we get to the event the more accurate count we can give you.
You are welcome to bring visual items to aid in conveying what your company does or provides, also, any handouts, swag, take-aways, goody bags, and/or heart healthy items that may go along with your company’s message. You are welcome to bring fliers for upcoming events, and possibly coupons or gift cards to encourage use of your product or services. You will be restricted to your 1 table for advertising and promoting.
The discussion at the event this year will be the impact on the heart in every stage of life and healthy ways to manage it through the years. If at all you would like to “piggyback” on that theme that is great, if not no worries- go with what you know!
Again, the event is being held at Crystal Gardens in Genoa Twp and they have agreed to make the room available to us by 9:00 am on the day of the event to give time to decorate. We would like ALL tables to be done by 11:00am sharp to ensure everything is ready to go for the attendees at 11:30am.
Both the Chamber and Saint Joseph Mercy Health System are so grateful for all the Sponsorships being offered! The event is being well publicized and will be our biggest meeting this year.
