Organizational Problem Solving Workshop
Tuesday, February 28
Organizational Problem Solving Workshop presented by Judy Barich of Success with HPT. Organizations of all types and sizes are regularly faced with performance issues. Unfortunately, most don’t uncover of the root cause of the issue before throwing time, effort and money at it. This often leads to very little, if any, return on their investment. But how does an organization uncover the root cause of the problem and determine an effective solution? This interactive workshop simplifies that answer and specifically introduces: 1. The components of a performance analysis 2. Cause analysis factors and selecting interventions and 3. Strategizing sustainable solutions. Participants will leave with real-world examples and tools to begin applying this strategic approach. Judy Barich holds a Master’s Degree in Human Performance Technology from the University of Michigan and has collected over 20 years’ experience as a consultant, executive, manager, trainer and instructional designer. Her industry background includes banking, printing, call centers, systems, telecommunications, automotive, transportation, manufacturing, human resources, compliance, health & safety and customer service. Light refreshments will be served. Seating is limited! Register at brightoncoc.org.
