Breakfast Meeting: Manufacturing Collaborative on Talent Shortages
Manufacturers: You are personally invited to an important breakfast meeting to discuss a strategy for addressing a significant concern expressed by each of you - talent shortages. Ann Arbor SPARK and the Greater Brighton Area Chamber of Commerce are participating in the most recent statewide Talent Pipeline Management (TPM) Academy. TPM is a new methodology developed by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation that applies supply chain management principles to talent development - addressing your most difficult pain point - to fill jobs. At this meeting, we will provide an overview of the TPM process and explain how it may address your workforce challenges. We will also share a success story of applying this methodology to the Michigan energy industry talent challenges. Because of the nature of the discussion, we suggest you bring a member of your HR/Talent Acquisition team to the meeting. Breakfast has been generously sponsored by Work Skills Corporation. THIS DISCUSSION IS OPEN TO MANUFACTURERS ONLY.
