Accountability Circles
Accountability Circles are small, structured peer groups designed to help Chamber members set goals, solve challenges, share ideas, and hold one another accountable for growth and progress.
How They Work
Each Accountability Circle brings together 5–8 Chamber members who meet regularly in a confidential, supportive environment.
Members:
- Set professional or business goals
- Share weekly or monthly progress
- Discuss challenges and opportunities
- Receive peer feedback and ideas
- Make commitments before the next meeting
- Hold one another accountable
- Celebrate wins and progress
Each Circle Includes
- Weekly digital check-in
- Monthly in-person Circle Meeting
- A designated Circle Leader
- Consistent format for progress, priorities, commitments, blockers, and asks
- A confidential, no-pitch environment focused on business owner support
This is not a referral group, sales group, or casual networking meeting. Referrals may naturally happen as relationships develop, but the purpose of the group is accountability, owner support, problem-solving, and follow-through.
