16^th Annual Open House at Yoga Center for Healthy Living!  Come and get an introduction to the peaceful world of yoga!  The Yoga Center offers a full array of classes for every b-o-d-y and age/stage of life, from prenatal yoga to yoga for senior citizens!  They offer meditation, seminars, retreats, workshops, guest speakers, free events and much more.  This Open House will offer 7 mini (10-15 minute) classes, exposing everyone to a variety of yoga including gentle backs, yin, hatha, yoga flow, meditation and yoga for children, breathing/pranayama.  Enjoy these free classes, prizes and fun for all.  Yoga is truly an uplifting practice sure to benefit your mind, body and spirit.  Let the expert instructors at the Yoga Center for Healthy Living inspire you!  Bring your neighbors, friends and loved ones for the HEALTH of it!  Please register online at brightoncoc.org if you plan to join us.
