Press Conference on B-Corporations.  Join us for a panel discussion to discuss the difference between benefit corporations and BCorps, and the need for benefit corporation legislation in Michigan.  Beyond describing the difference, the panel will cover the use of performance metrics, legal implications, pros and cons, and how to get involved.  Panelists include:  Bills sponsors Rep. Hank Vaupel (Fowlerville) and Rep. Christine Greig (Farmington Hills), Nicole Mangis, Founder of Launch Exchange and policy chair of Southeast Michigan Social Enterprise Alliance, Michael Marzano, Director of Governmental Relations for Small Business Association of Michigan and a certified BCorp representative.
