Join us for the first in a series of HR-focused events. Lori Barresi, Michigan Urgent Care and Occupational Health, will discuss drug testing in the workplace and what employers need to consider. How does the legalization of recreational/medical marijuana impact drug testing? What effect has the opioid crisis had on the workplace and drug testing? What types of drug tests should be conducted and are companies doing enough to protect themselves and their employees? Is your HR policy in compliance with pre-hire drug screening? Lori will also describe "reasonable suspicion training" - what to look for, how to document and HR policies on this topic.
