My practice is about giving you a space for healing, growing, and learning about who you are and who you want to be - with loving kindness, care and compassion. I love being on the journey of self awareness with my clients. When you're willing to step into challenges, when you're willing to do hard things, then you find amazing strength and power within yourself to step into the greatest version of who you are.
One of my favorite tools to teach is meditation and mindfulness. Our actions follow our thoughts, so we must understand the power of our thoughts in order to change our actions. There is great power in the pause, this is where we tune in and feel and listen, the answers are there.
My second favorite practice is the intenSati Method. I teach intenSati at the Hamburg Fitness Center on Saturday mornings. intenSati is a mindful cardio class. It is a low impact, high energy class using powerful positive words that change our state, increasing our mood and energy. We practice yoga and breathe work to create an entire mind body practice that changes your thinking, energizes the body and wakes up your heart!
