GKI Foods, Inc. is a private-label candy and granola manufacturer located in Brighton, Michigan. Founded in 1972 as Granola Kitchens Incorporated, GKI produces confections for several national companies, and its products have been sold in stores as varied as upscale retail stores, major pharmacy chains, bulk food outlets and rebaggers. With chocolate candies making up 90% of the company’s products, GKI manufactures a variety of confection types, including Panned, Fancy Enrobed, Granola and Seasonal choices.
