DESCRIPTION:GBACOC Global Leadership Institute\n\nHigh Impact Leadership Certification Series\n\nThrough September 2020\n\n \n\nThe Greater Brighton Area Chamber of Commerce has partnered with Humanergy and HRM Innovations to offer a High Impact Leadership Certification Series. The series consists of twelve monthly half-day sessions running from 8:00am to 12:00pm in the GBACOC conference room. The High Impact Leadership Certificate can be obtained by attending ten sessions designed to cultivate leaders? competencies to develop themselves\, lead others and lead the organization. These monthly sessions have a strong focus on implementing what is learned which results in the ability of aspiring as well as experienced leaders to master and apply the skills they need to succeed. \n\n \n\nInvest in the people who oversee the execution of your organization?s strategies! The leaders most responsible for an organization?s success or failure work on the front lines. Equip these difference makers to communicate\, coach\, train\, motivate and develop others. Humanergy\, HRM Innovations and the GBACOC have partnered to offer a series of courses that front-load follow-through and ensure application of skills on the job.\n\n \n\nThe goal of this series is to help managers and leaders learn and\, most importantly\, improve job performance by providing:\n\n\nHigh-quality content. Researched\, current\, field-tested and user-friendly materials.\n\nExperiential learning. From day one\, sessions focus on participants? examples.\n\nAction planning and review. At every session participants create a plan for applying the training\, then report back on actions taken and lessons learned at the next session.\n\nBosses are involved. Each participant?s boss receives a monthly email with suggested questions to ask to encourage application of learning.\n\n \n Participants must attend at least ten of the twelve sessions in order to receive the High Impact Leadership Certificate. Each course builds upon the previous ones\; lessons learned and best practices from one course will be applied to the next.
