Pre-Holiday Wellness Workshop-Shape A New You!  Do you tend to overindulge during the holidays?  Join us for a discussion about how to celebrate a healthy holiday season.  Mary Willy-Lozano of TruHealth will lead us through several tips including how to release toxins and fat and learning to stay full while avoiding the temptation of extra holiday calories.  Adjust your nutritional mindset going into the party season and get a head start on your New Year’s resolution!  Healthy snacks will be provided.  Register online at brightoncoc.org if you plan to attend.
