Wellness Workshop: The Why, What and How of Habits and Change. In this wellness presentation, you will gain a better understanding of habits and the part they play in our daily lives. You will hear about effective ways to manage habits, whether breaking a bad one or reinforcing a positive behavior. The presenter is Jennifer McFarland from Real to Ideal. She shares real ways to make your life more ideal. Her “Custom Made Change” is a way to make positive change with a step by step plan.
