Wellness Workshop: Eliminate Neck & Upper Back Pain!

Join Dr. Lauren Lobert, PT, OMPT, CSCS and Dr. Hayley Sharp, PT for an interactive and educational workshop to help you learn how to improve your neck and upper back pain without injections, medications or surgery! They will discuss the anatomy of the neck and lumbar spine, common conditions, and what you can do at home to help decrease pain and improve function. A light and healthy lunch will be served. Please register in advance if you plan to attend.

February 11: Low back pain
April 14 : Neck and upper back pain
June 9: Shoulder pain
August 11: Low back pain
October13: Knee pain
December 8: Foot/ankle pain (Achilles tendonitis, plantar fasciitis)
