Silver Sneakers Classic Senior Fitness Classes
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living.
Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and Silver Sneakers balls are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.
Each class is motivating and choreographed to popular music to keep you moving! Benefits include not only weight loss, but increased energy, strength, coordination, flexibility and focus.
Exercise reduces not only the risk of heart disease but helps manage stress, anxiety and depression. Participants experience an improved overall well-being as well as an opportunity to make new friends with similar health values and goals.
