Ribbon Cutting @ Mind & Body Counseling & Coaching

The GBCC and Mind & Body Counseling & Coaching invite you to their Ribbon Cutting event! Enjoy refreshments as you meet Dawn Gaden, owner and licensed counselor. Dawn brings a unique gift to our community, offering mindfulness classes for businesses and groups, as well as individuals looking to live life fully and authentically. Those who attend have the opportunity to win a free session with Dawn. You may choose from several services: 1. Individual counseling or coaching session (you choose the topic-goal setting, stress management, meditation/mindfulness, anxiety) 2. Yoga class held at Hamburg Fitness Center 3. intenSati class held at Hamburg Fitness Center 4. Meditation session. Lunch and Learns can be brought to your place of business, community event or organiztion, choosing from intenSati, yoga, meditation class, goal setting workshop or stress management workshop. Refreshments will be served at this fun event!
