We are excited to partner once again with our Greater Brighton Young Professionals on this month's Power Lunch. The millennial generation is now the largest population in the American workforce, wielding significant buying power and social influence. Businesses are struggling with how to attract, satisfy, develop and retain this group of employees. Who are they, what are they looking for in a workplace culture, and what tend to be their values/priorities? Join us for a thought-provoking discussion as we tackle the business challenges of engaging with the millennials. We will look at statistics on millennial jobs, spending, income and housing as well as factors contributing to their mindset. Our conversation will include a panel of Livingston County professionals who will share experiences, challenges and successes in this area. We will even feature a few up and coming Generation Z's from Cleary University! Our sincere appreciation goes to DFCU Financial for their Executive Sponsorship of our Power Series. Please register no later than March 29 if you plan to join us.
