Pinckney Cyber Training Institute Threat Detection Security System

The Pinckney Cyber Training Institute, in cooperation  has developed a security operation center to provide threat detection services to public entities and small businesses.  This program is specially designed for school systems, public entities, and small businesses, because those organizations typically do not have the technical infrastructure, human resources, or budget to access threat detection service through a commercial SOC.  The corporate partner on the project is Novacoast Inc. which is providing technical expertise and management support.   In addition, the Pinckney Cyber Training Institute has been working on this project with support from the Michigan Department of Technology Management and Budget, Michigan Economic Development Corporation, Michigan Small Business Administration etc. Jim Darga, Director for the PCTI and David Mayne of Novacoast will be presenting.
