GBYP Fowling, Wellness & Networking Event!

Our Greater Brighton Young Professionals have a great event planned for May! In recognition of National Physical Fitness & Sports Month, the group will meet at the Legacy Center Sports Complex for a short presentation with some experts in the field and will then enjoy some networking and FOWLING (pronounced FOAL-ing)! What is fowling you ask? Think bowling with pins at each end of the lane and a team on each side trying to knock them down with a football. Fowling! Our experts will include Mike Cieszkowski, Personal Trainer, Certified Nutritionist, Integrative Health Practitioner and Director of Small Group Training & Nutrition at the Legacy Center who will talk about the Five Pillars of Health with a focus on nutrition and exercise. Drs. Kyle and Nav from Lifetime Family Chiropractic will be discussing the importance of addressing the LITTLE traumas in life as they can have a BIG impact on your overall health and well being .

We are super excited to present this event to you at no charge. Guests can just enjoy some networking and try out the game if they would like! A cash bar will be available, and viewers can sip on some drinks while they watch the game. Come join us for this unique event!
