Fifth Annual Livingston County Goes Red for Women

5^th Annual Livingston County Goes Red for Women: The Power of Plant-Based Nutrition for Your Heart.  Join us for this annual event in recognition of women’s heart health month.  We are once again partnering with St. Joseph Mercy Health System to host his educational event to raise awareness about the number 1 killer of women: heart disease.  Health Reporter Lila Lazarus will lead a panel discussion with St. Joe’s physicians and providers.  Highlights of this year’s event include a live cooking demonstration of farm to table foods, health and wellness vendors, networking opportunities, prize drawings and fun giveaways!  Past attendees who bring a friend will be entered in a drawing for a special prize!  A delicious, heart healthy lunch will be served.  We expect 200+ women at this increasingly popular event so reserve your spot now!  Table sponsorships are available.  Join us and don’t forget to wear red!
