EverFit Good Karma Yoga Celebration

EverFit Good Karma Morning Celebration & Classes.  Join EverFit for a morning of yoga and self-love practices.  EverFit and Good Karma Yoga join together in fitness and wellness.  The morning will include 50 minute classes of yoga, aerial yoga and acro-yoga.  Participate in one or two, observe some or join them all!  Together Good Karma Yoga and EverFit create a space that is overflowing in abundance of fun, stress relief and relaxation practices.  This is where you come for your daily dose of self-love and care.  Each day you will have the opportunity to awaken your inner child with playfulness, build strength and confidence and enhance your well-being.  Donations for the day will go to Agency Victory Garden.
Time:  8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Cost:  $10 ($5 Fee + $5 Donation).  Children must be 10+ years of age.
