Brighton Police Sergeant Brent Pirochta, along with Police Chief Rob Bradford, will present specific strategies for City of Brighton businesses to reopen, following Executive Order No. 2020-97 (safeguards to protect Michigan Workers from COVID-19). This webinar is quite extensive so that it ensures responsible and safe actions when reopening.

Developing a COVID-19 preparedness and response plan, designating one or more worksite supervisors to implement control strategies; providing COVID-19 training to employees; Enhanced employee and customer safety; Educating the public (signage, etc.); Customer interactions - what to expect; De-escalating situations (how to!); Why some customers won't wear masks; Investing in the long-term with customers; Law enforcement response - Community Partnership (as a customer service provider to the residents, businesses and visitors within the City of Brighton).
