This month’s event will feature a panel of local political representatives including Mike Bishop-U.S. Representative for Michigan’s 8th Congressional District, Joe Hune-State Senator, 22nd District, Lana Theis-State Representative District 42 and Hank Vaupel-State Representative District 47. They will discuss business and public policy issues trending locally, statewide and nationally. Ann Bollin, Brighton Township Clerk, will make a special presentation to Senator Hune on behalf of the GBCC Board of Directors. This is an excellent opportunity to meet with current elected officials and mingle with local “power players” while you enjoy a delicious lunch prepared by the chefs at Oak Pointe.
GBCC’s Power Lunches are designed to bring to our business community updates on economic and political issues trending locally and statewide. We feature business and governmental “movers and shakers” who will provide insight into their leadership perspectives and corporate impact on our local business climate. Thanks to Grace & Porta Benefits for their Executive Sponsorship of our 2018-19 Power Series. Please register online at brightoncoc.org no later than October 1 if you plan to attend.
