Cyber Compliance and Risk Management for DoD Contractors (FREE)
If you do business with the Department of Defense (DoD), you must be compliant with defined cybersecurity requirements no later than December 31, 2017. Failure to comply with could result in the loss of a federal contract or prevent a new contract from being awarded.
To increase the strength of security measures and access controls guarding unclassified DoD information within contractor information systems, the DoD has mandated compliance with cybersecurity standards outlined in NIST Special Publication 800-171.
This event will feature guest speakers who will explain the requirements, the consequences of not complying, and the steps necessary to determine and achieve compliance. Breakout sessions will address specific topics:
