CE Class for Insurance Agents

CE Classes for Insurance Agents presented by 1-800 Water Damage. Update your continuing education credits! The title of this class is Ethical Customer Service #57796 (3 hours ethics, Insurance Educators, Inc. Provider #0160). Participants will be introduced to basic ethical principles including an exercise in writing their own personal code of ethics. While analyzing agency work practices, suggestions will be offered to help reduce miscommunication or errors. Practical information on applying the ethical decision making process to specific customer service situations will be included. This class explores the relationship between an agent’s ethical responsibility and providing service for the customer. The instructor will be David Walker, President of Hartland Insurance. David is a past President of Hartland Rotary Club and past President and Board Member of the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America.
