The stage is set with holiday music, real-life reindeer, a visit from Emma the Elf and of course Santa and Mrs. Claus! Guests will also enjoy Nutcracker performances from the Brighton City Ballet, live music by the Decibelles A Cappela Group, sing-alongs with Emma the Elf, horse drawn hay rides, the always-popular Jollie Choo-Choo train, a nativity petting farm, arts and crafts, and tasty holiday treats! Every child will get a chance to visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus, but make sure you stop and write your letter to Santa too...just so you know you covered your bases! New this year, kids can join in some Reindeer Games! With help from Legacy Center Sports Complex, children can play Jingle Bell Tossing, Snowmen Bowling, Christmas Musical Chairs, a relay race and more!
MCs for the event will be Mike Marino and Jon King from Mike and Jon in the Morning on WHMI - Livingston County's Own 93.5! Santa and Mrs. Claus will make their way down Main Street in Santa's sleigh pulled by reindeer to join the Mayor of the City of Brighton. The Mayor will give Santa the key to the city so Santa is sure to get into all the homes on Christmas Eve! Santa will then magically light up the Mill Pond and the fourth Annual Tree of Hope!
Be sure to visit your downtown merchants before and after the event for some great shopping and food!
Come play in the snow with the Greater Brighton Area Chamber of Commerce!
