This informative half-day learning symposium will be presented by Duane Knapp, a brand scientist who has worked with Lake Trust Credit Union on developing their brand promise which resulted in significant transformational change as an organization. Duane is a worldwide brand expert, author and chairman/founder of BrandStrategy, Inc. He has personally advised over 400 brands in 17 countries worldwide. As a senior corporate marketing officer, he was instrumental in developing and building many iconic brands in thousands of locations including Hampton Inn, Embassy Suites, Residence Inn, Homewood Suites, Holiday Inn, Cinnabon World Famous Cinnamon Rolls and Skymall travel catalog. Duane is also the author of several books including Global Destination BrandScience, The BrandPromise and The BrandMindset. His BrandPromise philosophy has been highly acclaimed and has been highly acclaimed and he has been published, quoted or featured in hundreds of books, magazines and newspapers. Duane has extensive boardroom expertise as a member of many boards including NYSE firms and universities.
