ADAPT YOUR APPROACH TO THINKING AND PROBLEM SOLVING USING COGNITIVE COACHING
This program directly supports business management and strategy as participants will learn how coaching can be used to establish and enhance productive and supportive relationships with individuals who assist in achieving the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.
This session will teach HR Professionals a coaching model that they can, in turn, teach to leaders in their organization.
Cognitive Coaching helps leaders and employees to create clarity around their contribution to strategic goal attainment using a structured “Planning Conversation” coaching map.
Employees become effective problem solvers through their own challenges as they complete performance goals and objectives when coaches utilize the structured “Problem Solving” coaching map.
Support individuals and organizations in becoming self-directed, and in turn, become self-managing, self-monitoring and self-modifying. The results are stronger individuals within a team and better organizational teams overall.
