3 Hour Intro to Biodynamic Breathwork
BioDynamic Breathwork is Different.
Introduction to BioDynamic Breath & Trauma Release acts as a precursor to our 5 day, all-inclusive workshops. We are offering this shortened 3 hour introduction to provide participants with an opportunity to get a “feel” for the work.
BioDynamic Breath & Trauma Release System (BBTRS) is a new approach to body-oriented therapy. In this workshop you will personally have an opportunity to experience the revolutionary art of integrating deep connected breathing with conscious touch and bodywork, movement and dance, emotional release and meditation.
Who Can Participate?
Everyone.
UBU Today addresses individual trauma, stemming from any number of causes, including:
- Sexual Assault
- Domestic Abuse
- PTSD
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Grief/Loss
- Separation/Divorce
- Shame & Guilt
- Chronic Pain
- Autoimmune Disease
Our group supports every participant with the upmost care and love in releasing the effects of past trumatic experiences and deep core tensions. This profound system is designed to break through the many layers of body armoring, thus releasing mental, emotional and physical tension to the core level. This practice allows the stuck ‘Fight/Flight/Freeze’ response to be completed creating free flow of previously arrested bio-energy.
This group process is open to everyone who wishes to explore breathwork and themselves more fully. It is a perfect opportunity to deepen self-awareness and experience supporting others on the path to transformation.
UBU Today is a non-profit organization that provides education, resources, workshops and access to world-renowned natural techniques as a springboard for renewed personal growth, hope and healing. We believe people don’t have to suffer. We believe that a healthy mind, body and spirit is a human right.
UBU Today is currently raising funds to open Michigan’s first Trauma Recovery Center in Brighton. The Founder, Wendy Morrison, has just received the Govenors Service Award for Volunteer of the Year for the work she does within our community.
