Most of my career I have worked in the corporate world of chaos, much demand and stress! I thought I would be doing this type of work the rest of my life. Unfortunately, I was plagued with unhealthy eating, stress, not enough sleep, gut pain galore, and then on top of all that I was diagnosed with IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) with constipation..
First thing I did was to get informed on how I can take control of my colon...I found out how Colon HydroTherapy can clean your large intestine, how it can detox your body and regulate your bowels. I was a little leery and somewhat skeptical about trying this, but I can tell you it was the best thing I have ever done!
Second thing I did was clean up my diet! Because I worked long hours, I didn’t plan my meals so I would eat a lot of fast food, TV dinners, candy bars, pop, and maybe a cherry pie to get my fruit in…
So I changed out the junk with organic lean meats, fruits and veggies, enzymes, probiotics and got rid of the processed foods and sugars.
Third thing I did was change jobs! Yes, change jobs! Because I felt so strong about how cleansing and detoxing your body works and how it can make you feel for the better…I needed to learn, educate, and pass it along to you.
Getting healthy is a commitment and it’s not easy, but once you evaluate your life and put a healthy plan in place, feeling better is endless. You can do it! I know you can! I did, and it was worth it!
Take control of your mind, body and health!
