Brighton's Fine Art & Acoustic Music Festival
The Greater Brighton Area Chamber of Commerce and Champion Automotive Group are pleased to present the 33rd Annual Brighton Fine Art & Acoustic Music Festival on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, August 5 - August 7, in downtown Brighton.
As one of the most prestigious juried art festivals in southeast Michigan, this event draws many national award winners. Talented artist lists have included a Michigan native whose work has been featured at one of the most nationally recognized art competitions in the world, Grand Rapid's very own ArtPrize and an artist whose work is featured in the official White House Collection! Over 30,000 art enthusiasts will visit our festival to enjoy event activities, savor local restaurant fare and listen to a gentle mix of live acoustic music on four separate Main Street stages.
Art, music and atmosphere will join to create a perfect three-part harmony. Unique art-infused activities will provide the perfect opportunity for hands-on fun and creativity for all ages, and visitors will speak one-on-one with artisans about their original works in glass, watercolor, oils, sculpture, photography, pottery, jewelry, woodcarvings and more.
The City of Brighton has truly become a center for the arts in Livingston County - featuring a Sculpture Garden, Art Gallery Walks and plenty of hands-on art opportunities throughout downtown. Once a year the Chamber compliments these established features with the Brighton Fine Arts & Acoustic Music Festival, an event that attracts visitors from all across the state of Michigan. Visitors not only enjoy a hip art festival, but are also free to explore our dynamic and artsy downtown!
