A new tax law
change allows any individual with a Traditional, SEP, or SIMPLE IRA or old
employer sponsored retirement plan, such as a 401k, 403b etc. to convert to a
Roth IRA. A conversion is a taxable event, however if done in 2010, the taxes
can be split and paid, half in 2011 and half in 2012. Higher income earners can
capitalize on this new law by contributing to a non-deductible IRA and then
converting. Did you know that a contribution to an IRA for 2009 can be made up
until April 15, 2010? Please attend to learn about the benefits of converting a
Traditional IRA, or rolling over an old 401k into a Roth IRA, and important tax
